1. DRINK WATER FOR A BETTER SKIN

This is the first tip for a healthy and glowing skin. Drink a lot of water during the day like 1 L per day or more it helps your skin to stay hydrated and makes your skin look firm and youthful.

Also eat fruits that have a high water content like watermelon ,orange etc…

When you are dehydrated it takes a toll on your skin and it looks dull and flaky.

2. BE CAREFUL WITH THE PRODUCTS YOU USE ON YOUR SKIN

This is something i always talk about whenever i blog about beauty related topics. ” always be careful of products you put on your skin.”

Some beauty products contain chemical that can be harmful to your skin and health so before buying any products read the ingredients used.

TIPS TO HAVE A GLOWING SKIN

Switching to natural beauty products is a very good choice when you have a very sensible skin.

3. WASH YOUR FACE TWICE A DAY- for a better skin

Washing your face twice a day will help you remove any dirt and impurities that your face get during the day.

Always remember to remove your makeup and wash your face before going to bed, it helps to prevent skin breakout and also your skin needs to breath during the night.

Avoid using hot water when washing your face instead use warm water.

4. USE A FACIAL MASK ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK FOR A BETTER SKIN

Using facial mask helps in skin improvement and glowing .

There are different facial masks with different purpose so make sure you know what you are using and why you are doing it.

5. AVOID TOUCHING YOUR SKIN WITH DIRTY HANDS

Avoid touching your face with dirty hands especially if you have acne or a sensitive skin.

Dirty hands contain a lot of dirt and bacteria that can get into your skin which can lead to more skin breakout.

Also avoid to pop any pimples that show up it can lead to more redness which is not good for your skin.

Those are the easiest and simple hacks for a healthy skin.
