Welcome to STYLED BY FRANCE we are starting the new year reviewing the famous Cantu Shea Butter Leave in Conditioner Repair Cream, today i am going to share all the things you need to know about this product and we are going to see if it is worth the hype.

Now that we have a little background about my hair jouney, let’s jump into the review.
How Did I Discover About The Famous Cantu Leave in Conditioner ?
When i started my natural hair journey i was so scared because growing up they told us that natural hair was not easy to maintain , that relaxing was the best thing to do ( bdw i am not bashing anyone who relax their hair, your hair your choice) , i was scared but i still went for it, in the beginning it wasn’t easy because i didn’t have all the tools, my mama was very supportive and encouraging so i kept pushing.
Enough of the little story let’s get to the important part of why we are here, so i discovered this product through a friend, she told me that her hair was easy to maintain thanks to CANTU BEAUTY so that’s how i started using this CANTU SHEA BUTTER LEAVE IN CONDITIONING REPAIR CREAM just to try and see if it will also work for me and I love this product. This brand was trending back then, everyone was using their products from shampoo to skin care products and I jumped into the train too and I am grateful I discovered this one.
They have so many products but I only tried this conditioner only and I am open to try others so let’s get into the review.
1. PACKAGING
This beautiful product comes in a white bottle with an orange top cover, the net weight is 16OZ/ 453g , I love the packaging little simple and cute. I use this bottle more than 3 months which shows that when you buy this conditioner it is a long time product that does it’s job. You can take this bottle with you even when you are travelling so i would say it is travel friendly.

2. INGREDIENTS
This product is made of Water, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Glycerin (Soja) Soybean Oil, Propylene Glycol, Dicaprylate/Di- Caprate, Ppg1, Trideceth-6, Cetyl Alcohol, Glycerine, Stearalkonium Chloride, Trimethylsilylamodimethacone, Panthenol, PPG-1-Peg 9 Laurel Glycol. Ethyl, Lanolin Oil, Cinnamidopropyltrimonium Chloride, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Protein, Benzophenone-3, BHA, BHT, Zea Mays (Corn Oil), Idopropynolbutyl Carbonate, DMDM Hydantoin, Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance.
The thing that makes this product stand out is the shea butter and combined oils which help protect against split ends, repair and promote healthy hair.
3. EFFECTIVENESS
This leave in conditioner does THE JOB and for sure it is worth the hype. I apply this product after washing my hair and it helps with softening the hair, hydrate and moisturize it. After the application it leaves your hair curly, soft and easy to comb for an extra shine I will recommend adding some oils ( for ex : olive oil, castor oil or any you like). For the effectiveness i will give it 10/10 not only it is effective but it also smells very GOOD with this product you will have your hair smelling divine.
For the quantity it depends on why you are using this because it can be used for Daily styling, leave in treatment and frizz free hair. In my opinion you don’t have to apply too much but make sure you apply at the roots and the end of your hair so comb your hair right after for maximum distribution. The most beautiful thing about this product is the price , it is only $5.97 if you are in Rwanda the price is between 8000-1000 rwf depending on where you bought it. For me it is quite affordable and worth every coin.
WILL I RECOMMEND THIS?
I 100% recommend this product, it helps not only with moisturizing your hair but you can also use it to style your hair as i shared in the previous section. This product is also suitable for relaxed, texturized, colored and permed hair. If you were wondering if it will work for you sis IT WILL . IF you have been struggling with taking care of your hair this is one of the products that will make it easy for you .
