1. CANVA
The first free resource every content creator should be using as a content creator is canva.
Canva is a user-friendly graphic design platform that enables individuals and businesses to create a wide range of visual content. It offers an extensive collection of templates, images, fonts, and illustrations, making it easy to design everything from social media graphics and presentations to posters and flyers.
Canva is accessible both online and through its mobile app, providing tools that cater to both beginners and experienced designers.
If you are starting out as a creator this app should be the first one to have in your phone, it will help you create different designs like thumbnails, logos, Instagram stories, Pinterest pins etc… You can access all these features on their free plan so I highly recommend using Canva. 2. CONVERKIT
The next free resources that you should be using as a content creator is converkit, which is used to build your email list.
As a creator having an email list is very key it helps you build and maintain a strong, engaged audience. Through an email list you can do the following:
- Increase content visibility: send emails directly to your audience boost your content visibility unlike social media, due to the different algorithm your content can be lost on social media which might impact your visibility and reaching your targeted audience.
- Stability: with an email list you are guaranteed that you still have your audience no matter what happens to other social media you are using. We have seen different social media platforms rising and falling but the email platforms are always available.
If you are a content creator reading this or you aspire to become one i highly recommend building your email list and become consistent with sharing your content there, if you want a tutorial or more tips on how to build your email list let me know in the comment section. Create your account here.
